• FLIGHTS: Players will be assigned to flights based on their handicap index. Exact size and handicap range for each flight is subject to change.  Senior flight eligibility is limited to those 55 and older.
  
  
  • MEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT (Gross) | 4.9 index or below | Black Tees - 6,756 yds.
  • MEN’S FIRST FLIGHT (Net) | 5.0 to 11.9 index | Blue Tees - 6,439 yds.
  • MEN’S SECOND FLIGHT (Net) | 12.0 index or above | White Tees - 6,045 yds.
  • WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT (Gross) | 7.9 index or below | Gold Tees - 5,564 yds.
  • WOMEN’S FIRST FLIGHT (Net) | 8.0 index or above | Red Tees - 4,937 yds.
  • SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT (Gross) | 7.9 index or below | Blue Tees - 6,439 yds.
    

• ELIGIBILITY:   All amateur golfers with a USGA Handicap Index, 15 years of age or older.
  
  
• CARTS / CADDIES:   Golf carts are included in the entry fee, with a maximum of 2 carts per group. A player may choose to walk and use a caddy.
  
  
• SPECTATORS:   Spectators are encouraged, but will be limited to walking only - SPECTATOR CARTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
  
  
• CANCELLATION POLICY:   We appreciate any notification of cancellations as early as possible, in order to provide golfers on the wait list with the opportunity to play in this event. Withdrawals prior to 5:00PM on Fri., March 7th will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Any withdrawals after 5:00PM on March 7th will NOT receive a refund.
  
  
• PRACTICE ROUNDS: Event participants are eligible to receive loyalty green fee rates at Black Gold Golf Club for practice rounds during the week leading up to the 2025 YL City Championship - only Mon., Mar. 10th - Fri., Mar. 14th.
